Carrick Rangers is delighted to announce the signing of Reece Glendinning.
Glendinning joins the Club having left Ballymena United at the end of last season. He made 23 appearances for the Sky Blues, scoring 2 goals.
Before joining Ballymena, Reece spent 9 years at Linfield, making 58 First Team appearances for the Blues, scoring 3 goals. While at Linfield, he also spent the 2017/18 season on loan at Ards.
The 25 year-old can play in defence, as well as midfield, and provides multiple options across the park.
Delighted with the arrival of Glendinning, Niall Currie said:
“We're over the moon to get Reece over the line - it's been a long process but patience is a virtue. Reece gives us wonderful experience, real real quality and cover in 3 or 4 areas. Most importanly with anyone we sign - he's a great character. Reece will be great in the changing room and he'll give a massive lift to the whole squad.”
Reece Glendinning added:
“I'm really excited to get started. The Club had a great season last year and hopefully I can help us kick on in the season ahead. All the boys have been great with me since signing and I just can’t wait to get playing.”
Welcome to Carrick Rangers, Reece! #AmberArmy
