The 23 year-old attacker joined the ‘Gers In January from Institute and made 1 appearance for the ‘Gers as a second half substitute in our Irish Cup defeat against Crusaders. Unfortunately, the curtailment of the season due to COVID-19 prevented Dunne from making further appearances in front of the Amber Army.
On securing Jamie’s signature for the upcoming season, Niall Currie commented:
“Jamie came in to us late in the day, so it was a very difficult situation for him, but he showed unbelievable commitment considering how far away he is from us. He's going to get the opportunity to show us what he has. We have seen enough to know that he has great attributes and we can't wait to see his development”
“I’m delighted to be staying with Carrick for another season. From day one the Club has been great with me. The Club is going in the right direction and I hope to be apart of it for as long as possible”
Glad to have you with us, Jamie! #AmberArmy
