Reynolds, 20, came through the youth set-up at Cliftonville, enjoying a number of years at the Solitude outfit which included a brief loan spell to Larne before making the move to Linfield in June 2018.
The young forward further bolsters Rangers’ attacking options following the arrival of Darren Murray last week and will come into contention for selection in tomorrow’s Danske Bank Premiership tie against Warrenpoint Town.
Speaking on the arrival of Reynolds, Niall Currie said,
“We are delighted to get Daniel on board, a big thank you must go to David Healy and Linfield for letting him come on loan to us. We have had our eye on Daniel for quite some time and we are over the moon to get him on board for the rest of the season.
He is an exciting player who will add another dimension to our attacking options and will hopefully add goals alongside our other strikers. He has great pace and technical ability so will be a shrewd addition to the squad; my thanks again go to the Chairman for allowing it to happen and our squad now looks to have an improved depth to it.”
Welcome to Carrick Rangers, Daniel! #AmberArmy
