Carrick Rangers is pleased to announce that Lee Colligan will be remaining at the Loughshore Hotel Arena for the 2020/21 season.
The 31 year-old defender re-joined the ‘Gers in January having previously played for the Club in the 2012/13 season.
Colligan made 1 appearance for the ‘Gers as a second half substitute in our Danske Bank Premiership defeat against Dungannon. As with Jamie Dunne, the curtailment of the season due to COVID-19 prevented Colligan from making further appearances in front of the Amber Army.
On securing Lee’s signature for the upcoming season, Niall Currie commented:
“We're delighted to have Lee on board. Obviously things didn't go to plan from last January as we just couldn't get Lee injury free and able to challenge for a starting spot. He has wonderful pedigree and will now get a full pre-season, so we are all looking forward to seeing the real Lee Colligan.”
“I’m really glad to be back at my hometown Club and can’t wait to get started, hopefully we can kick on from where the team left off last season.”
Glad to have you with us, Lee! #AmberArmy
