Aidan Steele joined Carrick Rangers ahead of the 2025–26 season and made his senior debut against Crusaders on the opening day of the Premiership campaign. A central midfielder, Steele operates primarily in a holding role and adds energy and composure in the middle of the park. Since stepping into the first-team environment, he has established himself as a regular squad member and continues to build his experience at Premiership level.
