The tie will take place over two legs, the Championship side at Home in the First Leg, the Premiership side at Home in the Second Leg.
Away goals do not count. Should the aggregate score be level at the end of 90 minutes in the Second Leg, Extra Time and Penalties will take place.

Time: 7.45pm kick-off

A cash gate will also be in operation on the night.
Season Tickets are valid whilst CRFC Academy Players will be able to gain entry by presenting their Academy Pass at the turnstile.
