Friday Night at Inver Park

Carrick Rangers make the short trip to Inver Park on Friday evening for an East Antrim Derby.

The 'Gers go into Friday night's game aiming to extend their unbeaten league run to eight games, having held Coleraine to a 1-1 draw at home last weekend. Mikey Place netted his first goal for the club in response to the Bannsiders opener to secure the point.

For the Inver Reds, their 18 game unbeaten league run was ended last Saturday as Portadown defeated Larne 2-1 at Shamrock Park. Andy Ryan netting the solo goal.

The sides last met in the league on Boxing Day, with Larne coming back from a goal down to win out 2-1. The 'Gers last visited Inver Park back in September, losing out on the day by 2 goals to nil.

Ethan Boyle (knee), Nedas Maciulaitis (knee), Cameron Stewart, Jimmy Callacher (knee) and Seanan Clucas (knee) remain on the sidelines. Ryan Waide continues his rehab from a back injury. Nathan Gartside featured for the U20s on Monday evening as he recovers from a muscle injury.
