An Academy graduate, Forsythe made his breakthrough to the senior set-up in the 2020/21 campaign, debuting for his hometown team as a substitute in a league game against Glentoran at The Oval.
The teenager continues to go from strength-to-strength, predominantly plying his trade at either full-back or wing-back but has also been utilised further forward on occasion.
His mature performances and lightning-fast pace make him an omni-present figure on Rangers' right flank, which was rewarded when he won the Spirit of '76 SC Young Player of the Year award for the 2021/22 campaign.
